The DND button will tell all inbound calls that you are busy and do not wish to be disturbed. When activated, you will hear a long stutter dial tone when you place a call. DND causes all incoming calls to be rejected, which usually means that they will go to your voice mail (if configured). To activate DND, press the DND button. The DND button will then turn to “dnd-“ which indicates that if you press it again, you will turn off the DND function.
To forward all calls to another number, you can press the CFWD button. A high pitched dial tone will be heard, indicating that you should dial the number that you wish to forward all incoming calls to, and then press the DIAL button. All incoming calls to your phone will then be forwarded to that number until you press the CFWD button again, disabling the function. Note that you must set up the CFWD number each time you use this function.

The volume button will raise or lower the volume for the ringer if the phone is not in use, or for the handset, headset, or speakerphone if a call is in progress. Note that if you change the volume, there will be a SAVE button on the phone that can be used to save the setting. Volume levels for ring, speaker, headset, and handset are saved separately.
